Joe Burrow got on the Heimsan stage and spoke about poverty in Athens, Ohio. This board cried tears, sent money, and glorified the athlete who used his platform to make change. As soon as an athlete that doesn’t look like you or says something you don’t like it becomes “shut up and dribble”. We get it, you like when white athletes have an opinion, but not so much when they aren’t white.
