Well I would think so as this hurricane had stronger winds than anyone currently alive in the state of LA has witnessed.

I'm a GC and have done rebuilds after hurricanes in several places. I saw the aftermath of Katrina by helicopter first and spent 6 months on the ground in MS. My heart goes out to those folks.
