I tried several food carts and each was unimpressive. I'm sure there are some diamonds in the rough, but the genre is not my cup of tea. That picture does look appealing.
As for Hansen's, surely you have a favorite hole in the wall that few know of. Hansen's is good, but expensive and I consider it a special occasion sort of sno-ball, as in when tourist friends or family are in town. I'm talking more of a Rodney's, Sal's, or Bubby's.
