Over 1000 Americans died yesterday from Covid complications. Not sure what about that number indicates "this thing is ending"?

I'm as ready for this shite to be over as anyone but I think it's a bit premature to start popping the champagne there, bud.

An average of 20 per state. About 1/3 of 1/1,000th a percent. Of the overall population. 1,000 people dead isn’t funny. It isn’t good. It isn’t reassuring. It sucks and is sad and that’s 1,000 families impacted. I understand it. But it’s such a small number compared to our normal daily deaths in this country. And frankly, most of those dying of complications From covid are also dying from complications of other health aspects. Aspects the probably could have chosen to fix.

1000 people died with Covid, not of it. Common mistake.

This doesn’t tell you anything about CURRENT conditions. Many of these deaths are backdated and it takes 3-4 weeks to die from it
