I had the same thing happen in my st aug yard a few weeks back. I treated for webworms, but it did nothing. Followed up with a fungicide and it stopped the spread immediately. Go buy Scotts Disease X and put it down on that spot and around that spot incase its further than you think.

It's gotten to where I can see the damn spot from a mile away, as soon as I turn on my street it's the first thing I notice.
