Unlikely for the most part.
BUT.
If Biden’s support amongst blacks declined, he would be vulnerable in a lot of states simply because the current ratio is 18-19 Dem votes out of every 20 black votes.
Fewer black voters turn out? Dems take it in the shorts. Black voters defect to a third party (Kanye)? Dems take it in the shorts. Trump picks up more than 8% of the black vote? Dems are in deep shite.
I don’t see this happening in Cali due to the size of the state and them going to mail in voting this election but weird shite has happened before.
