This is totally BS.

I'm not defending the general voting habits of the stupids in Nola and the elected officials. Just know that Nola has been better the last 15 years than it was in the previous 30.
I know the crowd that comes to town wearing jorts and eating fried food while sucking down hand granades has trouble grasping that. You also think the whole city is either projects or Bourbon St.
