It’s one thing to be able to change direction as quickly and smoothly as Chase, but to be able to instantly mirror those movements without knowing what the next move will be is next level difficult. Given the advancement of passing offenses, cornerback may be the most difficult position in sports right now.

Agreed in a pass heavy era of fb were in Right now the corner position is harder then ever having rare guys like stingley who are able to cover freaks like JA’Marr chase on an island is invaluable

Agreed I love the aggression and confidence he’s displaying at the line against someone as dangerous as chase. At times last year stingley has a habit of sometimes giving up free releases at the LOS glad he’s being more physical

My goodness. Take a second and envision a similar scene of them years from now when they go up against each other in the NFL. I wonder if they are both keeping tabs for later practices and future games against one another.
It's very spectacular how these two both have the chance to be the best at their respective positions ever in LSU history, and they both go against each other every day in the same era.

And TBH, I believe that is one reason why LSU has signed so many good WRs over the years despite having a less than spectacular offense until recently. Being able to compete and hone their skills against the talent of DBU was likely a big reason why many of them chose LSU.

Those videos are from last year. You see Burrow is QB for a couple routes and Peter Parrish is QB for another.
