Could be a pipe misalignment after the pumping. The holding tank could’ve floated back up and fitting broke.

Also, if it was a tail line it could be clogged.

is it gravity fed drain or sump pump? I have sump pump and the check valve gets stuck, and the pump cavitates in the system tank. toilet makes that noise when it happens.
