We had a great draft and it laid a solid foundation. But I don't like us straddling the line of a rebuild vs trying to field a competitive team. We should be focusing on finding young talent and developing them, while flipping assets to keep the decks clear.

NAW is never going to learn and mature being stuck behind 4 other combo guards. If you want him to succeed, he needs a defined role and minutes. Same with Hayes. You give him a task and challenge him constantly. We should be picking 2-3 guys in the 1st round every year. Keep stocking up Hinkie style. Favors, Holiday, Ball, even Ingram and Reddick should be gone or flipped. We shouldn't be this sentimental...

Not enough roster spots to realistically do this.
