Here's a trick you can try. Start a diary. This will force you to write something every day. Try to write down any amusing anecdotes or snippets of conversation you encounter. Then you can work those into your dialogue and plot lines. Write what you know.

I don't have any rigid hours or word goals. I forced myself to write daily, at the same time every day, early on. It became easier after that.
