Yeah, not sure what a "total deep cleaning" is. It's your mouth, not a car. I go every 6 months. I have insurance so i paid nothing out of pocket. $20 for the flouride treatment.

It's what happens when someone has really poor dental hygiene, and their teeth get so caked with plaque and other detritus, that it causes their breath to get so bad it can knock over a water buffalo at 500 yards- Upwind.
