People not planning their turns out in traffic. ppl not paying attention when light goes green
Example: there's a line of cars turning right onto airline... large hole opens up...first car goes....next car slowly slides to corner....stops....looks for 8 seconds then goes making a traffic gap that could have fit 5 cars only fit two...

People who don't seem to grasp the difference in
"reply" vs "reply all" in emails.
Not everyone needs to see your reply every time.
