I have theory that has been fomenting in the back of my mind for the last three years and I believe it is plausible. We may seen nothing and here is why.

Trump may have the goods on deep state actors but wants to keep the goods in his hip pocket. He needs to keep it in his hip pocket as insurance or leverage whether he wins or loses the election. If he loses the leverage will keep them from coming after him when he leaves office and if he wins he can use that leverage to gain his policy initiatives (especially the deep state actors in the senate...the McConnell gang).
