Subpoena power. For in-person testimony and documents. And they have more latitude in requesting these than law enforcement. An example of this is the Kefauver Hearings of the 1950's. From the testimony and information gathered at these hearings, the RICO act was passed, which has destroyed La Cosa Nostra and other organized crime outfits.

Right. But. then..that is just "running his man pleaser", correct?
I saw this regarding Gowdy. He would rake a "in person" witness over the coals and people here would say "All mouth. He didn't DO anything"
So, so far...the concept I am hearing is "Lindsey can call for a person to submit to questioning. I agreed. And, I WANT him to do that. I am just asking about the concept that he can do anything more than "talk" to them.
He can recommend charges, etc. But, I still thing he can gather info and let DOJ do its job. If anyone is mad about inaction. Be mad at DOJ (executive branch)

He needs to play the democrats game and subpoena them and get them on record answering the tough questions with the new found evidence they have gotten.
Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, etc. Abuse of power, unmasking, fake investigation.
However, I fear nothing will happen before election. I don't even expect Durham to have a report out before the election. If nothing is happening to Hillary, nothing will happen to the aforementioned. There is no reason why the DOJ can't take another look at Hillary.
Too much hollering about what they will do and then nothing happens. I'm sick of it.
