How can an 80m cable be hanging 10m from the ground and 40m from each side?
50m - 10m = 40m x 2 = 80m. The answer has to be zero and this is not drawn to scale.

This is correct. I missed the 80m cable on my initial answer and took it as a scaled parabola.
