At the very beginning of the pandemic, they said you had be within 6 feet of an infected person for 15 mins to be at risk. Then governors decided just randomly passing by someone would kill us all so everything had to be shut down.

I mean, it’s all risk management. A good sneeze or couple solid breathes could still get you in seconds but obviously the longer you are near the more droplet exposure and higher risk.
