It's more labor intensive which is why it is not offered everywhere

U worked at a summer camp in western north carolina many years ago while at LSU...the bbq in the area was delicious but overall the food in the area was tasteless...I use to go eat chinese food just so I could have rice...and bojangles for their spicy chicken...
