So I cooked 3 eggs in the microwave tonight, and it turned out pretty good. I cooked the eggs in a coffee cup with some butter and cheese.

I don't think they are as good as cooking them in a skillet but they are pretty good. Do any of you have any tips to improve?

Thanks

I like to put mine in a little ramekin and push the poach button.

But seriously wtf are you asking?

Eggs don't take long to cook.
Why are you so lazy?

I will scramble some eggs with some meat and cheese and throw in the microwave from time to time. To me the key is to stir every 30 seconds or so and take out before it’s over cooked. Set it for 2 minutes but might not take that long. The best is roast with gravy.

When I am travelling for work, I will often buy a dozen eggs, some diced ham, cheese, and a package of chopped onions/bell peppers and throw it in the hotel room fridge. Microwave omelets work for breakfast or dinner, if I don't want to bother with going out.

Just take a few eggs and throw them in there whole. 7 minutes on high. Will be like a perfectly hard boiled egg. Promise.

Try whipping them in a little heavy cream and cooking them in some liquified butter at 20% power. Start with 10 seconds, then stir them with a fork and go 10 more seconds. Keep going until they scramble to your preference. You can do a scrambled omelet this way too, buy cooking the ham and cheese and then adding the eggs and doing as above.

All in all, seems like a lot of trouble unless you have no other way to cook them. If that is the case, this should work.
