No way a mid level DOJ lawyer took it upon himself, and completely at his own volition, to change a “yes” to a “no” on the FISA app regarding whether Page worked for another intro genre agency in the past.

He has to have flipped on who gave him the order or ok to do so.

You get him and up the latter it goes.

NO WAY

Anyone facing real jail time and weight of the Fed govt doesn’t keep quiet to protect others.

There’s nothing the higher ups can promise him.

Perhaps a pardon if Melting Brain wins, but that is far from a sure thing that he Even gets elected.

If he is looking at soft time in a minimum security prison and a short term sentence, he’s getting taken care of by book deals and Netflix deals. They’ll get him paid if he takes the fall.

Unfortunately this is definitely possible.

But I don't think he's the only one that will flip.

Bruce Ohr is still at the DOJ....he would have been gone if he weren't talking. I think he'll cut a deal to save his wife if possible.

I would be 100% shocked beyond everything in this world if Clinesnkth has not already been interrogated by Durham and his team.

In fact I know he has now that i think about it, with it being made known that Durham is ready to interview Brennan.

Nope. CLINESMITH sang like a canary.

Now Brennan is in the hot seat

He's one key. Others will sing, too.

I agree with what you say, but I don't think he's gonna be looking at a short sentence. The stuff these people did was egregious. Sedition at a minimum and it may well rise to the level of treason depending on what is out there that we don't even know about. But what we do know about is enough to lock some frickers up for a long time.

I agree and disagree depending on sentencing guidelines. His federal career is done. He is aware of his future multi-million dollar payout for being the fall guy. The reality he will be faced with: Prison Time Vs Monetary Value to STFU and obey.

He's not going to rat on anyone of real power.

Its more likely he is the chosen fall guy and will be paid back in some way when he's out. There's probably more deep state people still in the DOJ than Trump supporters so I wouldn't bet on him getting a stiff sentence either. The possibility of Biden winning would mean that sentence becomes much easier.

Its also possible the alternative to jail would be death so he chose jail.

At some point it turns into a silver or lead deal

He will claim it was a mistake and the FBI will add more oversight to prevent this from happening again. Case closed. No way they get a superior.

You're not wrong in the court of public opinion.

He will fall on the sword unless there is proof.

Or the sword will fall on him. Depends on how Hillary is feeling these days.
