Practice squads increase from 12 to 14 players in 2022 through 2030 per the CBA
Also teams will be allowed to promote 1 or 2 PS guys to the active roster per game in addition to the 53, essentially extending the active roster from 53 to 54/55 guys. They can do this twice with a player before they’re subjected to the old CBA practice squad rules
