Smart people will realize that there is no draining of the swamp - it's a myth of something that can be done. To do such a thing you have to eliminate the entire government since people on R and D are the swamp.

So smart people shouldn't be concerned about corrupt politicians lining their own pockets while supposedly serving the country? You're a piece of work, really!
