Look for Oyster reef poles. That is where my success has been.

Dumb/uninformed question: I see all these state created "inshore reef" on the MS coast. My question is are these reefs above the waterline (rock piles) or are they all submerged? We drive the Waveland/BSL/Pass coast quite a bit on weekends and at certain spots I can see rocks sticking out above the waterline. Just wondering if all the reefs are above water.
