Don't disagree, but Frank has a ton of people who love him (well deserved) and if this keeps the business afloat, they will do the take-out in the hope that it will enabke a sit down experienc ein the future.

Frank is very serious about masks and social distancing. He posts a lot about that. He has a small restaurant not set up for distancing. If he does that, very few can eat inside. The percentage is another hurdle.
