What if they looked at statistics and determined that the gay lifestyle comes with inordinate health risks. Could they forbid that? If they paid them not to be gay you'd be cool with it?

Theoretically someone could make such a forbiddance. I couldn't imagine the hypothetical that would get you there, though. It would certainly take way more than just ambiguous terms like gay lifestyle and inordinate health risks. But it's possible. The present situation is easy because the harm is so clear, so connected to the business and the reasonable accommodation is so obvious.

If the Players, acting thru their Players Union reps AGREED to it?
