I have a Primo Oval XL at home and love it. I have a a Rectec RT-700 at the camp and love it as well. Hard to really go wrong with either. Something cool about tossing some ribs on the Rectec before I go fishing then coming back to ribs for lunch!!! You really can't go wrong with either style smoker.

I got the 340 two weeks ago and have already done ribs, brisket, and three whole chickens. No leftovers lol. It is the smallest one but big enough for a family of four. I still have a stickburner but if I need to cook for more than 10 or so people, I'd probably just do two rounds on the Rectec. I disagree that a charcoal or wood grill will give you better flavor than pellet, I do not find this to be the case.
