They have 48 licensed beds..and only 2 operating rooms...they only had 880 discharges in 2019, about 2 a day... Their average daily census is 8 patients. They are less than 1/2 the size of St. Elizabeth in Gonzales.
What they don't tell you is they are being overrun with Mexican illegals. THAT is the problem.
This hospital is tiny, this article is misleading, and this is not a big deal.
