As someone else mentioned, run Cat6 to all anticipated camera locations (immediate and future needs). Run 2 drops to each room as well. Maybe identify a place like laundry room or closet where you can centrally locate all your primary IT equipment so all cable runs terminate there. I'm getting ready to move my crap to a small rack in the laundry room in the coming months.
