In the spot with the heaviest infestation, its St. Aug.....but I have one other trouble area that is centipede.

You can use Blindside but it will yellow your St Aug and centipede. I suggest picking a cloudy day and spray it before 7am. Spraying Blindside when temps are over 85 is going to increase the yellowing.
