About the only thing i have seen him do right is to say we would have sports but i'm sure he is about to go back on that too.

You didn't get the point of my post. My post started with the proclamation "the entire thing is illegal. He doesn't have the authority to do these things" and then I explained why.

Well unless of course you start citing case law on this kind of stuff then all the sudden you realize that the states espeically are given this the ability based on 10th amendment and the preemptive doctorine in the name of health and safety.
Or realize that if you're a direct threat to someone elses health you aren't covered by the ADA.

Let's take it to court and find out. I'm not wearing a fricking mask. If the left wants to push it far enough, maybe we can get the science into the court room. I would welcome it.

I'm sure someone idiot will take it to court and lose. Similar stuff has been tried before and failed. there is plenty of case law on this if you google.

Well with item #1 in effect there goes the high school football season out the window after the AAA said they would play this fall. Now if the governor or whomever makes exceptions for sports, the legal shite will hit the fan by those others who are being forced and threatened with a fine for not wearing a mask.

I'll never vote for another establishment republican again for governor.
There will always be a "wild card" run during the primaries. Time to get someone with some balls in there.
If that woman who hated Asa in 2016 had won, we'd be just like Georgia right now... With the damn gov suing the Atlanta mayor for saying ppl had to wear masks.
