Does anyone, not in the oil/coal industry, not want to see the end of fossil fuels? Seriously, if there were an alternative (there isn't....but there wasn't an alternative to whale oil at one time) who would advocate for the continued use of fossil fuels, outside the industry??? Wanting to end the use of outhouses didn't mean a person was advocating for the outlawing of outhouses until such time as a better alternative was readily available.

I welcome alternative energy especially if it can be done safe and relatively cheap. The problem with green energy isn't the goal.... its they have no realistic goal to achieve.
Yes, over the next few hundred years humans will have to find better solutions but its not something we need to pay billionaires to subsidize products which are basically fraudulent.
Its about tax credit, giving money to people, etc.
Its a fraud.
