It's not just a local thing. My younger cousin died of an OD last month - age 27. More people under 60 will die of suicide this year due to COVID than will die of COVID.

One of my employee's ex husbands is under suicide watch right now. He has nothing left because the shut down sped up a road he was down and he can't handle it.

I said this right when Corona was a thing. I knew this would sadly be a problem (more so than Corona), but we all know it won't ever be talked about. This country's priorities are so fricked up I swear to God.
