Louisiana and Florida are flat. Mississippi has rolling hills in the NE part were the Appalachian foothills actually begin and smaller rolling hills in the east central region, along HWY 25.

I never appreciated how many hills Alabama had until I went to Ohio. Central Ohio is FLAT.
