I post everything.
I play with a partner 98% of the time, but I post even a stray 9 hole round after work.
Pretty rare for me not to have anybody to play with so I don’t worry about it.

Last time I had an official handicap I was walking 9 or 18 after work and would post them. I have no reason to want my handicap lower than it should be, I was just being honest with them.
