There were plenty of semi auto old school AR-15s produced.
In any event, they had to get a corrupt judge to sign off on that shite - which is no surprise they were able to find given where they live.
More and more people are going to figure out that where you live is damn important.

I am not convinced that this is not some sort of set-up event with the couple in on it.
To set a precedent.
Soros/BLM/Squad, etc., will do or try anything.....because we refuse to fight back.

If this is the weapon(s) involved in the case then it's not at all unusual for that to be seized as evidence. Several things can happen from here:
If case dropped or found not guilty at trial, that evidence will be released and returned.
Or there could be a deal wherein case dropped in exchange for voluntary forfeiture of only the weapon(s) involved in the case.
Then of course there's the possibility that if found guilty pursuant to a trial, weapon(s) would obviously be involuntarily forfeited at that point.

As the bumper sticker said...if you outlaw guns...only outlaws will have guns. Im pretty sure STL's finest didn't take the weaponry that was being carried by those waking in front of the house ( the stated reading reason the family went in side to get their guns)

Of course not. They were not told to.
It's not about upholding the law no matter what they say. Cops do what they are told.
