Condensation in the drum of dryer

Is the vent line clear all the way through?

Does it accumulate in there over time, or is this just after the dryer run? Is it still effectively drying items? There is a belt driven blower in there under the drum that is what sucks the hot damp air through the lint trap and out of the dryer. I have found that the gear attached to the driveshaft of the blower can unscrew itself until it comes off. I've had to take the dryer apart, find the gear, put some lock-tite on it and screw it back o to the shaft, the. Get the belt back on it. Zero cost repair as long as you can find the gear and belt under there. I didn't have to remove the drum itself, but it would have been easier it I did.

To be clear, symptoms were: water puddling in the drum and leaking out of the dryer and clothes being scalding hot but still damp after the run
