The citrulline and caffeine are effective and dosed correctly, although citrulline is low end.
Alpha GPC should be 1,200 mg, so you're literally 1/6 of a proper dose. Beta alanine, I don't love and it's underdosed. The rest is filler that has no effect.
By NoDoz, bulk Citrulline Malate and maybe Alpha GPC if you want it. I'm fairly sure it's much cheaper than this PWO and just as effective.
