The A-11 offense. This is Crazy!

The Offense of the Future (A-11)
Its an offense that makes use of 2 qbs, enabling all 11 players to initially be eligible to be a wr. Though only so many can go downfield. You never know whos going downfield though.
How might this affect recruiting?
Potential Starting Lineup:
Sheppard
Jefferson
Lafell
Randle
Tolliver
Debose
Bell
T. Holliday
K. Williams
C. Scott
R. Murphy.

Evangel ran it in 99 and was beating Curtis 28-0 at the half. They went back to the regular spread and won 28-21.

Doesn't change my opinion. Of course, I hate the spread too.

problem is 4 are not eligible to receive a pass, so they must block. im not sure i want a WR blocking a DE

I just threw down some names real quick. I should have payed more attention. You're completely missing the point though.
Its a crazy formation. You cant watch film for this and know whats going on. The possibilities and formations increase 10 fold. Not sure if i really like it or not but it could be used sparingly to confuse a defense. The idea wouldnt be letting WR block DE. Its about speed. Quick plays, trick plays. Double passes, reverse. Things of that nature.
