Cost differences in different varieties of the same foods is not the same thing as "healthier foods are more expensive."

First you'd need some evidence that say grass fed beef is healthier than grain fed beef, and there really is none. In fact study after study has concluded that organic foods are not healthier.

For three bucks I can buy enough oatmeal to eat breakfast for a month, or half a box of Fruit Loops. How is the healthier option more expensive?
