No, the guys who tested positive two weeks ago have likely cleared the virus and are out of quarantine by now, so being with the team in the bubble only tells us that those guys didn't get replaced by Thornwell.
Again, my understanding of the rule is that guys leave quarantine after two consecutive negative tests, but then they have to wait 14 days for a cardiac evaluation to return to practice or play.
