Shuttle was service was easy. We had the 8-9 am time slot and we were able to easily find parking at the visitor center. If you're arriving later than that you may have issues.
Shuttles offered plenty of space and most everyone was wearing a mask if you're interested in that sort of thing. The town of Springdale also implemented a city wide mask policy for all businesses that started a couple of days ago.

How many days did you spend in Zion, Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef? What would you change if anything? I have done Arches and Canyonlands previously.
