Les was awesome and knew what he was doing initially. I think in retrospect, especially now with Coach O's success on display, Les' problem was being too stubborn to adapt and shift the offense into the new era. Hell, we still could've ran dual backfield majority of the time. Les just needed to be more open to a much more efficient passing system and use of varying formations. Instead, we were EXTREMELY predictable.

Biggest issue was winning the 9-6 game. He believed he didn’t have to change anything and bully ball was all fine.
