Yep, because when people are forced to decide between starvation and innovation, the overwhelming majority find a way to be fed. Everywhere welfare is reduced, a sudden decrease in unemployment and massive increase in the number of jobs magically appears. That’s because we pay people not to work, and then are surprised when they don’t work. When you stop paying them to not work, they start finding work to do to get paid. Eventually, an equilibrium is always found because that’s how capitalism works in a relatively free market.
