Sorry to hear about your predicament. All of the ugly things going on in the world certainly don't help any of our moods.

What has worked for me recently is adjusting my diet, trying to get more natural sunlight, and taking some time each day to seek out positive things, no matter how small they may be.

Remember these crazy types have been around before and have disappeared. Occupy wallstreet is essentially a faint memory for me now for instance. 5 years from now these Antifa and BLM losers will be an afterthought in my opinion.

Even if the chemo prevents you from getting outside very much, try to have views of the sunshine. Maybe car rides on country roads with good music.

Also as much exercise as possible. A lot of good youtube exercise videos-- everything from very light workouts to peleton-type bike vids-- are avail to keep you company during home workouts.

And don't be hard on yourself for feeling depressed at some of the scenes we've been treated to by the news. It is depressing. You are on the right track to tune it out.
There are many more good people out there that never make the news.
See if there's a way to connect with them. Even if it's just a distant thumbs up to a neighbor working in their yard.
Pat yourself on the back for little steps to take your surroundings back into positive territory. Godspeed.
