Don't worry, Jack is pressing charges for assault. If I remember correctly, it was this tool who threw the water on Jack at the beginning of that incident. Jack wanted to throw him down (and could do it, easily). Now Jack is laughing his arse off.

This guy has laughed about all of his previous arrests and that the FBI knows him well. Hope they keep him in for a long time this time.
