I have one that uses honey, brown sugar, dry white wine, black pepper and Bay leaf but it involves beans you prolly cant find and are the Best IMHO. Kroger I think caries them??
B&M BRAND in the glass jars are the beans.(NO SUB)
5 JARS
1/3 CUP HONEY
1/3 C BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP DRY WHITE WINE
BAY LEAVES, BLACK PEPPER
BAK UNCOVERED SEVERAL HOURS AT 325. ADD WINE AS NEEDED. USE NOILLY PRATT VERMOUTH
