Its pretty clear that Joe doesn't have a lot of impact on decisions made within his campaign. He's merely a puppet at this point.

I doubt he's involved much at all.

When he says "I'm going to be in trouble" constantly it's obvious. Especially when he comes across as a whipped dog while saying it, versus laughing and saying "the hell with them."

And today was not the first time he has said this.
