Protein powder and creatine for me. I eat skinny cow ice cream sandwiches with that for simple carbs and to indulge what sweet tooth I have (honestly, not much of one).

Post workout nutrition timing is overrated. Getting some carbs to replenish glycogen is fine, but the biggest thing with protein is to have as close to constant availability. If you eat protein right before, timing afterwards is way looser.

Yeah I know that, I typically don't need protein powder as I typically eat plenty. And I know creatine monohydrate. My question is more, is creatine sold as creatine only or is there some blends that include other post workout supplements like leucine and all that jazz
