re: Dickie V back at it

It was supposed to be 2 major programs by last weekend. Then he said LSU wouldn't get their notice because of a football inquiry which doesn't make sense to me, but I'm not aware of the legality of that. So, what happened to the other major program that should have gotten their NOA? I can't recall someone that claims to be in the know being so wrong about something before like this.
