Happens with several streaming platforms via my Roku. Already changed out the hdmi cord. Is it time for a new router?
Currently using an Arris DG950, which I bought used a couple of years ago. The model is still listed as a supported router with my cable company though. Currently clocking at 47.93 down, 8.10 up, 13 ping.

Probably the tv
Pause what you are watching and turn the tv off and on should sync it back up
Have the same problem with my LG tv the devices I run on it.

Even my OTA TV channels do the same, they broadcast the audio and video on different streams and they are supposed to sync in your TV, I find that disconnecting the link (or ota channel) and reconnecting will correct it, sometimes.
